Nada Dessouky
Nada joined Alliance Law Firm in September 2021 at our General Corporate and Commercial Department.
She provides continuous support in multiple legal disciplines including the fields of restructuring, general corporate, commercial and employment. Nada has significant experience in the incorporation of companies both offshore and in Egypt. Additionally, she is experienced in drafting and reviewing various types of agreements.
