Hala Nazmy
Hala joined Alliance Law Firm in 2022 at our M&A and Finance department. She focuses on merger and acquisition transactions, capital re-structuring, conducting due diligence reports as well as drafting legal opinions.
She has previous experience in top tier law firms in Egypt as well as at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
