Youssef El Bamby
Youssef El Bamby is an Associate in our Litigation Department. He handles a variety of litigation matters, handling civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and criminal litigation lawsuits. He handles various individuals and companies, both local and multinational, in diverse litigation disputes. He has experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, with a primary focus on criminal and civil memorials.
Besides the technical work, Youssef has also gained a tremendous experience in litigating through standing before a wide range of Egyptian Courts in multiple cities across the country; Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal and Economic Courts, as well as attending a handful of interrogation sessions at the National Security Prosecution and the High Public Fund Prosecution.
