Dina Khattab
Dina is a key member in our Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department since 2016. She has worked on several types of disputes including without limitation tax, competition, labour, corporate and commercial disputes. Dina focuses on corporate tax disputes and commercial disputes. She has advised several local and multi-national companies in complex corporate income taxes, sales tax, and value-added tax disputes at different stages.
Dina prepares legal opinions, legal memorandums, and reports on various disputes in several industries such as cement, fashion, tourism, maritime, heavy industries, automotive and FMCGs.
She has represented local and multi-national companies in different arbitral proceedings before different arbitral institutions. Moreover, she works on day-to-day business opinions related to several laws such as civil, commercial, investment, labour, and companies’ law.

- 2016: LLB from Ain Shams University Law School, English Section.
- 2017: Diploma in Private Law from Ain Shams University.
