- Representing Amlak Finance, in its partnership with Marseilia Group for the development of a mega complex urban project with a total value of EGP 3 Billion.
- Advising Golden Chain in partnership with PACT on developing land lot and establishing a mix complex in Sahl Hashish. The project area covered 200,000-meter square, with a total value of EGP 1.5 Billion.
- Supported Integrated Diagnostic Holding and their partners in their establishment of a subsidiary with a purpose of offering integrated health services.
- Supported Vodafone Egypt in the negotiation and agreements with IQVIA in relation to the development of a digital platform for Egypt’s new primary healthcare system.
