Mohamed is the head of our litigation practice. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matter ranging from capital market cases, and employment & labor, to international trade and commodity disputes and unfair competition in a wide range of fields such as aviation, oil/gas, cement, construction and building material, real estate, tourism, and health care. He has represented companies and individuals in diverse litigation matter such as tax evasion, embezzlement, and criminal cases.
With almost 15 years of experience, Mohamed manages the administrative side of the litigation department, from distribution of work and guidance to strategic planning and growth. He oversees the legal research, drafting defense memos, and all ancillary documents needed. He also leads the strategic planning and defense for an appeal, attends negotiation sessions and attends court hearings.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Ain Shams University. He earned two LLMs from Ain Shams University one of which is in Private Law and the other in International Commercial Arbitration.
