Mohamed is an associate in our Competition & Distribution practice. He has done wide-ranging work on competition cases, market studies and advocacy cases associated to diverse industries & sectors.
He has also obtained considerable experience in outlining research papers & credentials on Competition Policy in the European and the Egyptian Competition Law, also on the abuse of dominant position in Sports Sector (Broadcasting Rights), Pharmaceutical Sector (Patents rights on Pharmaceutical Products) and the Telecommunications Sector (Essential Facilities Theory).
Mohamed earned his Bachelor of Law from Cairo University. Obtained his Master 1 & 2 “International & European Business Law”, from “University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.
