Karim Hamza
Karim joined our firm in December 2022 in the Dispute Resolution department and his practice focuses on various areas of law such as: civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and investment Tax Law. He represents various industries, including Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Medical equipment.
He handles various individuals and companies, both local and multinational, in diverse litigation disputes. He has experience in drafting various pleadings, motions memoranda and discovery documents with a primary focus on commercial and civil memorials. He also concluded mediations and negotiated settlement with the opposing counsel and served as the main contact person for several clients.
Karim has also gained a tremendous experience in litigating through standing before a wide range of Egyptian Courts in multiple cities across the country; First Instance courts, Courts of Appeal and Economic Courts.

- Cairo University – bachelor’s degree in law, 2017.
- Ain Shams University – LLM’s Degree in public, 2018.
